The General Administration of Endowments Inaugurated New Villa Complex

The General Department of Endowments at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs inaugurated seven new residential villas from the endowment of Al-Muhsin Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Misnad - may God have mercy on him - located near Al-Thumama stadium, and their proceeds are earmarked for charitable causes

During the inauguration of the new endowment project, Dr. Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed Al Thani, Director General of the General Administration of Endowments, said: The new project consists of 7 villas of two floors and a penthouse with a land area of 2088.80 square meters, and the built area of the project reaches 2,102.66 square meters.

Each villa consists of the first floor that contains a reception hall, a bedroom, and a kitchen with services, and the first floor contains three bedrooms with its services in addition to a family sitting, and the roof contains a bedroom with its services. The project also contains a number of parking lots and services.

He added that the benevolent endower, Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Misnad, is one of the largest benevolent in Qatar, and we pray to God Almighty to make what he gave as ongoing charity for him and an asset to God Almighty, and a blessing in his endowments and his offspring.

Dr. Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed Al Thani explained that the benevolent has a number of endowments, including Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Misnad Complex near Hamad Hospital, and 24 residential villas were recently opened in the Hazm Al-Markhiya area of the Endowments of the benevolent, may God Almighty have mercy on him.

For his part, Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Misnad valued the efforts of the General Administration of Endowments and the hard work that resulted in the opening of his father’s endowment villas project - may God have mercy on him - in Al-Thumama area within a short period, and they equipped the villas in an outstanding manner.

Mr. Saad bin Ahmed Al-Misnad also expressed his happiness at the inauguration of the new endowment project for his father - may God have mercy on him - and said: We thank God for his facilitation and approval from the General Administration of Endowments for the construction. These seven villas have been completed and furnished in order to return the proceeds to the Endowment Bank to spend on charitable works.
