Rice balls
- 50g roasted peanut
- 25g sugar
Peanut filling
- 500ml water
- 50g ginger - peeled and bruised
- 2 lemongrass
- 75g sugar

- Prepare the ginger syrup

- Make the peanut filling

- Make the rice balls dough
