Ramadan Recipes: Thareed Laham

Thareed Laham is a classic dish from Arab and Turkish cuisine that comprises pieces of bread (khubus) soaked in a broth made with vegetables or meat. This traditional dish is particularly popular during the Holy Month of Ramadan and widely consumed in the Arab region. Thareed is enjoyed in two ways - either by dipping the bread in the meat or vegetable broth or by stacking and soaking the bread in the broth and eating it as is.
