Spinach and Mushroom Pasta

250 grams of pasta (any variety)
200 grams of spinach, washed and chopped
200 grams of mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

    Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until the onion turns translucent and the garlic becomes fragrant, usually for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Mushrooms

    Once the onions are soft, add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook the mushrooms until they are tender and have released their moisture, stirring occasionally. This process usually takes around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Spinach
