- 500 grams ground chicken
Base
- 1 teaspoon onion powder, or 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, squeeze excess water
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder, or 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1½ teaspoon chicken powder, or ½ chicken cube/bullion mixed with little cornflour.
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt , more to taste
- ½ teaspoon pepper

- 2 large eggs, for egg wash
- 3 cup bread crumb, to coat
- Oil, to fry

تم نسخ الرابطSoak bread slice in milk, then mash it. Combine mashed bread, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with ground chicken. Chill mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Prepare Breading Station
تم نسخ الرابطWhisk eggs with salt and pepper to create egg wash. Spread breadcrumbs on a large plate. Prepare baking sheets or trays for the nuggets.
- Shape and Coat
تم نسخ الرابطGrease hands with oil and roll small balls from the ground chicken mixture. Coat each ball with breadcrumbs and shape into squares or circles. Dip each nugget in egg wash, then coat again with breadcrumbs.
- Fry and Freeze

Store in plastic zip lock bags or containers with layers of butter paper in between. When frying frozen nuggets, fry directly in hot oil on medium heat for 4 minutes, then increase heat and fry for another 2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
