  • Ingredients of Korean Cucumber Salad

Salad

2 cucumbers
1 yellow bell pepper
7 crab sticks

Sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp hot mustard paste or wasabi
2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Method & Directions of Korean Cucumber Salad

  1. Julienne the Vegetables

    Start by slicing the cucumbers and the yellow bell pepper Julienne style, then transfer to a salad bowl.
  2. Add the Crab

    Shred the crab sticks roughly the same shape and size as the veggies, then add them to the salad bowl.
  3. Make the Sauce

    Mix rice vinegar, sugar, salt, hot mustard paste - or wasabi paste -, and sesame seeds in a separate bowl.
  4. Assemble
