Ramadan Festivities at Qatar Museums and Msheireb

Dadu Gardens will host three Ghabga dinners during Ramadan on Mar. 15, Mar. 25, and Mar. 22 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Families can enjoy other fun activities at Dadu Gardens including the Fire Station Garagao on Mar. 23 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Garagao celebrations will include a magic show, Garangao giveaways, and face painting.

The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) will also host a "Create Your Own Garagao Bag Workshop" from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Mar. 18, which will help the young ones prepare for the Garagao festivities.

The MIA Library will also host Planet Kids Club on March 26 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. where children can participate in all kinds of activities related to the theme of protecting our planet. The March session will feature a reading of "Ramadan Around the World" by Ndaa Hassan. 

Other than these exciting activities, Liwan Design Studios and Labs will also host a charity event called 'Liwan for Good' on Mar. 20 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Msheireb Downtown Doha

Msheireb Downtown Doha will host a wide range of thrilling Ramadan activities for families during the holy month daily from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

There will be daily paddle tournaments at the Company House courtyard throughout Ramadan, which will require a participation fee.

Msheireb will also host various arts and crafts workshops such as lantern-making, henna art, and calligraphy sessions, which will require a registration fee. 

Msheireb will also host Ramadan-themed workshops for young adults including Islamic traditions, calligraphy, cooking demonstrations, and spiritual reflections.

There will also be the daily firing of the iftar canon and a series of lectures at Al Wadi Mosque for worshippers to learn about Ramadan and other religious traditions. 

If you're looking for more artistic activities, check out the Ramadan Photography Exhibition at Barahat Musheireb, which will feature beautiful images capturing the essence of Ramadan. 

There will also be a Ramadan corner in Sikka Wadi between Park Hyatt and the Doha Design District for henna art, dates, tea, and coffee which visitors can check out during their visits. 

Garagao activities will include the distribution of goody bags on the tram tour in Msheireb and families will also be invited to share pictures of their best Garagao looks.
