Qatar Set to Build the GCC's Largest Outdoor Mall

Doha’s shopping scene is about to get even more exciting as the Qatar Outlet Village, a major new retail destination, is set to open in early 2025 on Qetaifan Island. This expansive outlet mall will offer shoppers a luxury experience, featuring over 100 stores with top global brands, a variety of dining options, and a stunning waterside setting.

What to Expect from Qatar Outlet Village

The Qatar Outlet Village promises a unique shopping experience, designed to cater to luxury enthusiasts. Spanning over 150,000 square meters, the mall will feature more than 100 shops offering global luxury brands, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes along a picturesque canal. 

Air-Conditioned Walkways for Year-Round Comfort

One standout feature of this development is the air-conditioned pathways, allowing visitors to enjoy their shopping experience comfortably, regardless of Doha’s scorching summer temperatures.

Dining and Entertainment

In addition to shopping, visitors will find plenty of dining options, including fine dining restaurants and casual canal-side cafes. The village will also include a Festival Plaza, which will be managed by Rixos Hotels, adding to the upscale, resort-like feel of the area. 

The waterside retail and festival area will be adjacent to the Meryal Waterpark and a luxury 5-star hotel, also run by Rixos Hotels. The entertainment and Souq area will further enhance the experience, offering a blend of retail and leisure activities.

With 1,400 parking spaces available, the Qatar Outlet Village ensures easy access for visitors, making it a convenient shopping destination for both locals and tourists.
