"My Grandfather Taught Me" the Latest Publication by Fatima

In the latest edition for youngsters, the book “My Grandfather taught me” was released for Qatari girl Fatima Hassan Saif Al-Hajri, and it includes 16 creative pictures dealing with the environment with all its components.

Her mother said: My daughter, Fatima Hassan Saif Al-Hajri, was born in 2015. Like all children, she is fond of everything and full of questions about all things. Sometimes we find her a painter, sometimes a tactful speaker, sometimes a toy maker, and so on. She wrote the book, which consists of 40 pages, and we used a painter, and we revealed to him the meanings of the words, so the book came in the current picture under the name (My Grandfather taught me).

Regarding the reason for writing, she explained that the book is the result of her innate talent of Fatima, and a blessing from God that the talent intersects with the presence of her grandfather, Dr. Saif Al-Hajari, who loves and attachment to the environment; then Fatima loved that and started her creativity, and the book took from the age of Fatima, as it is the sum of the result of the knowledge that she acquired and invested in her subconscious mind, until it appeared in this image, as it continued all the time like a sponge absorbing these strong feelings from those around, and the much knowledge as if it were a musical band, and it kept drawing from love Belonging to the homeland, pride in identity, and love of the environment, but at the level of the title of the book, the work took 6 full months.

Regarding the role of her grandfather, Dr. Saif Al-Hajari, she said: My daughter Fatima used to direct all her questions to her grandfather, Dr. Saif, and she knows that human has harmed the environment a lot, and perhaps it is time to respect it, relieve pressure and take care of it and that the environment as a living organism takes care of us if we take care of it, so writing is in the field of The environment is not just an instinct, it is a human and patriotic duty.

She expressed her feeling as a mother and her dream, saying: I am very proud of having my daughter’s book as a book in the Qatari Book House, for the purpose of documenting, enriching, and preserving intellectual rights. May God enable her to complete her path, with depth and scientific specialization, and with the participation of adults, to achieve her ambition.
