Celebrate the joys of Ramadan with Msheireb Downtown Doha, which is hosting various exciting activities for the Holy Month. 

Barahat Msheireb Iftar & Suhoor Experience

Enjoy a magnificent suhoor and iftar meal at Barahat Msheireb, the largest covered open-air square in the region.

The Mandarin Oriental Doha will host an open buffet and live cooking stations featuring traditional and international cuisines. 

The melodies of oud, qanun and nay instruments will create a magical atmosphere and a professional calligrapher will create artworks for visitors.

Ramadan-Themed Installations

The neighbourhood will adorned with installations and decorative elements like crescents. There will also be various interactive experiences and light shows to amplify the festive atmosphere. 

The Giving Hands Initiative

This will feature an interactive art installation symbolizing the values of generosity and giving in Ramadan. The installation will feature across key areas including Sikkat Wadi Msheireb, and Souq Waqif Underpass. The installation will be illuminated with each donation given.

Hosh Msheireb

The experience will revive family gatherings from the 1960s to the 1980s, celebrating Qatar's rich heritage. 

Park Hyatt Hotel and Chef Hamad Al-Hajri will create a menu featuring traditional Qatari dishes. The experience will feature a photography exhibition as well, showcasing Msheireb's journey over the years. 

A space will be dedicated to the young ones, which will host heritage-focused storytelling sessions and creative workshops.

Programs at Msheireb Downtown Doha Mosques

The mosques in the area will host programs focused on spirituality, featuring renowned speakers and reciters. 

Garangao Celebrations

The Ramadan festivities in the area will include Garangao activities. There will be a fashion show displaying traditional attire, entertainment segments, a caricature drawing station, and bags filled with gifts for the little ones.
