Lusail Circuit Gears Up for Qatar F1 GP with Fan Activities

The Lusail International Circuit (LIC) has revealed an exciting lineup of activities for fans attending the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024, taking place from November 29 to December 1.

Children under 12 can enjoy free access to the general admission area on Friday in Lusail’s Hazm district, provided they’re accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian. The fan zone promises a plethora of activities, including laser games, kart racing, face painting, immersive AI photo booths, and car races for kids.

Throughout the weekend, fans can witness practice sessions for the Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East, F1 Academy, and FIA Formula 2 Championship. Exclusive experiences include the Pit Stop Challenge, where attendees can try their hand at changing F1 car tires, and a driving simulator offering prizes like signed memorabilia and paddock tours for the fastest laps.

For the first time in Qatar, the F1 Fan Forum will host exclusive sessions with F1 drivers on Friday and Saturday, allowing fans to meet their motorsport idols. The fan zone will also feature a mini podium, giving visitors a taste of standing in a champion’s shoes.

Race day on Sunday will culminate in thrilling final competitions and a post-race concert at the circuit’s state-of-the-art concert area, promising an unforgettable finale to the F1 weekend.

With an array of activities, from digital pavilions to motorsport exhibitions, the LIC is set to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans of all ages.
