“Sports for All” Organizes a 365-Day Activities Program
The Qatar Sports for All Federation of the Ministry of Sports and Youth continues to present its sports programs and activities targeting all segments of society, especially the elderly and children, citizens and residents, men and women, through which it seeks to spread awareness of the importance of sports for all within the Federation’s calendar of 575 different championships, activities and events effectiveness.
Among these programs is the "365 Days of Activity" program, which continues to provide free sports activities in six public parks in the country.

The program includes daily activities and events and fitness classes based on exercises using bodyweight without equipment through movement exercises under the supervision of specialized trainers.
The activities of the program are held daily in six open spaces distributed in different regions.
Where the events for men are held in Aspire, Al Rayyan, and Al Bidda parks in the evening period between five and six, while the second session starts from 6:30 until 7:30 in the evening, while the activities for women are distributed in the Oxygen Park and the Women’s Sports Committee Hall from six until eight in the evening.
Also, fitness classes are held in Al Luqta Park between 5:00 and 7:30 in the evening. The classes include sports activities based on endurance and flexibility competitions as well as speed in an atmosphere of privacy under the supervision of specialized trainers.
These exercises have been carefully planned and are held without sports equipment so that the participants can re-apply them anywhere, especially at home with their families, in addition to providing the correct ways to exercise through specialized trainers.
The program is distinguished by its distribution in different parks in the country and in open spaces in order to reach the largest number of segments of society and to allow the practice of sports activities easily.

These sports activities, presented by the "365 Days of Activity" program, come within the framework of the Qatar Sports for All Federation's plans to urge the community to practice sports continuously without interruption, in order to achieve its sport-life mission, due to sport's good health and psychological effects that require maintaining its regular practice. In the open spaces as instructed by the trainers participating in the 365 days of activity program to get the most benefit from the exercise and its implementation in the correct ways.
The expansion of public parks and the allocation of more private places for women to exercise increased the demand for participation in the program’s activities, as the rate of participation in the program activities reached between 35 and 50 participants per day.
