In a show of support for Palestine amid the ongoing conflict with Israel, several iconic landmarks in Doha have been illuminated with the colors of the Palestinian flag.

The National Museum of Qatar and the Museum of Islamic Arts are among the buildings participating in this gesture of unity.
This move by Doha has been widely appreciated by residents in Qatar and many from other nations.
Tensions escalated recently when a sudden attack by the Palestinian group, Hamas, targeted Israel during a music event, leading to the tragic loss of nearly 900 lives.

Following this, Israel declared war and closed off access to the Gaza Strip. Since then, the conflict has resulted in over 500 casualties in Gaza, as reported by Israeli TV channels.
