The second edition of Souq Waqif's International Dates Exhibition has returned to Doha before the start of the holy month of Ramadan.

The exhibition opened on Feb. 25 and will run until Mar. 5. The exhibition will operate daily at Al Ahmad Square for the following times:
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Entry to the exhibition is free for all visitors, so they can browse and shop dates to their hearts' content!
The exhibition features a wide variety of dates from local and international producers. The exhibition showcases dates like Halawy, Mazafati, Medjool, and other varieties.
The exhibition is not only significant because it showcases a local fruit from Qatar, but it is also significant because it showcases a fruit associated with Ramadan.
Dates are used all over the world to break fast during the month of Ramadan, which is why the exhibition's timing gives visitors to perfect opportunity to stock up on their dates' supply for the holy month!
