Japan is famous for its favorite dish, sushi, but it is no longer confined to the Japanese only, as sushi shops are now spread all over the world and many people love it, but some still think that it is just raw fish and they cannot eat it. Sushi History
This delicious dish brings us back to Southeast Asia, where fish was stored by wrapping it in salted and fermented rice to remain valid for several months.
