The Fairmont and Raffles hotels in Doha, Qatar, have reopened following the evacuation of all guests on Tuesday, August 1st, Arabian Business reported on Thursday, August 3rd.
On Wednesday, the hotels shut down all their nine restaurants which included Fairmont’s Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra, Dome Fairmont Lounge, Provok Asian Project, Vaya! Latin Mercado as well as the Raffles’ L’Artisan, Alba by Enrico Crippa, Malaki, Acoustic Music Penthouse, and Blue Cigar.

The specific reasons for the evacuations, however, were not made clear.
These two luxurious hotels are both managed by the international hospitality company Accor. They were initially launched by Doha for the exclusive purpose of serving FIFA representatives and officials during the World Cup in November of last year.
