This week, the Amir of Qatar is on a diplomatic visit to Sweden. Arriving on Monday evening, he joined an official dinner hosted by the Swedish Government, where Crown Princess Victoria was also present.

On Tuesday, September 3, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar, attended a special luncheon hosted by King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden. The event took place at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.
Royal and Official Attendance
The luncheon was held in honor of Sheikh Tamim and his official delegation. In addition to the Qatari guests, Swedish royalty, government ministers, and top officials were present at the event.
