Qatar has earned the title of the least stressed country in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, according to CEOWorld Magazine’s 2025 Global Emotions Report. Out of 197 countries and territories, Qatar ranked 11th globally and third in Asia with a total score of 84.3.

The report evaluates global stress levels based on financial, work-related, social and family, and health and safety stress. Qatar excelled in work-related stress (94.23) and money-related stress (93.46), while also achieving commendable scores in social and family stress (80.08) and health and safety stress (69.44).

Globally, Monaco led the rankings as the least stressed country with a score of 87.33, followed by Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. In Asia, Singapore and Macao took the top spots, placing 7th and 10th globally, respectively.

On the flip side, Burundi was identified as the most stressed country, followed by South Sudan, Afghanistan, and Syria.
