Starting from April 1, 2023, travellers entering Qatar from China, Hong Kong, and Macau will not be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result before their travel.
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) made this decision based on the improved COVID-19 situation in these regions as well as globally. With the removal of this restriction, all COVID-19-related travel restrictions in Qatar will come to an end.
