How to Apply for ESTA
Qatari nationals planning to visit the U.S. for up to 90 days must apply for travel authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Applications can be submitted via the ESTA website or mobile app and should be completed at least 72 hours before departure.
The ESTA system is designed for those traveling for tourism, family visits, medical care, conferences, or exhibitions.

In September 2024, Qatar became the first country in the Middle East to join the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, highlighting the strengthening ties between the two nations.
Qataris can now enjoy more streamlined travel to the U.S., enhancing opportunities for business, tourism, and cultural exchange. Be sure to complete the required steps on time for a smooth journey!
