The air-conditioned ladies-only area, which was one of the venues for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, will provide a variety of activities, including Pilates and functional training, as well as organised runs of various distances, such as 3km and 5km.
Visitors can also browse the Education City Gift Shop.
The event is open to all women and girls, as well as boys aged nine years and under.
Ladies Night will also feature a variety of activities for youngsters, such as football games, puzzles, and a clay modelling competition, as well as food and beverage vendors such as Pinkberry.
The stadium is free to enter, with the main entrance being Gate 35, near the West Car Park at Education City.
You can register for sessions – some of which are also free, including all children’s activities from here.
“We really enjoyed the Pilates session with Evo Active, alongside the other activities that were on offer,” said Yasmine Dehbi, captain of the women’s national rugby team, who attended the Ladies Night at the stadium in June.
“As a rugby national team, it’s great for us to be active in different ways, and this event allows us to try new things. Qatar Foundation is changing the game for women in Qatar by making this fantastic space – a World Cup venue – available for us to keep fit, be active, and play sport together.”
