Qatar Airways announced that it would expand its route network with the launch of 7 new routes and the resumption of 11 connections and this announcement was made at the ITB Tourism Fair in Berlin.

The airline will add 655 weekly flights to its summer schedule of 2023. The seven new destinations are Chittagong (Bangladesh), Kinshasa (the Democratic Republic of the Congo), Juba (South Sudan), Medan (Indonesia), Lyon and Toulouse (France), and Trabzon (Turkey).
The connections to be resumed are Beijing (China), Birmingham (UK), Nice (France), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Casablanca and Marrakech (Morocco), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Davao (Philippines), Osaka and Tokyo Haneda (Japan), and Ras Al-Khaimah (UAE).
Qatar Airways aims to offer travel to 174 destinations by the end of March 2024. The airline will also increase the frequency of flights to 35 destinations including London, Dublin, and Vienna in 2023.
