Many distinctive works of art are spread across Qatar, adorning many places, starting from Hamad International Airport, passing through the streets of Doha, its museums, cultural centers, and others.

1- The Lamp Bear
It is considered the most prominent artwork that adorns Hamad International Airport, which travelers are keen to take souvenir photos with.
It is a yellow teddy bear, up to 23 feet in length and designed by Swiss artist Urs Fischer.
Artistic websites say that the lamp bear at Hamad Airport welcomes the passengers, conveys a message of peace to them, makes their travels sociable, and draws a smile on their faces while reminding them that they are in Qatar, where the spirit of creativity is inexhaustible.
2- “Egal” Sculpture:
Designed by Qatari artist Shouq Al Mana, the sculpture is located in the Lusail Marina Walk.
The Egal is part of the traditional dress that men wear on the head over the ghutra or shemagh, and it has its own symbolism for men in the Arabian Gulf.
The "Egal" sculpture is a tribute to the history and traditions of the State of Qatar, and it is a tribute to the leadership of the State of Qatar and its citizens and residents for their solidarity in the face of the various adversities and challenges that faced the State.
3- The Flag of Glory:

The number 7 carries significance and spiritual significance in Islamic culture.
The sculpture adorns the waterfront of the Museum of Islamic Art garden and was designed by artist Richard Serra.
5. Gandhi's Three Monkeys
It is located in the cultural district "Katara" and was designed by Subodh Gupta. The sculpture has an artistic significance that reflects the concept of war and peace, and the sculpture refers to the meanings of "I see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil."
6- Smoke by Tony Smith:
It is a giant engineering component that blends grandeur and attractiveness and occupies a large space outside the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, and was designed by artist Tony Smith.
7- Falcon:
Located at Hamad International Airport, the sculpture is inspired by the soft feathers of a falcon, the airlines that fly from Qatar to the world, and the curves of Arabic calligraphy, and was designed by artist Tom Claassen.
8- Pouce (Thumb):
Sculpted in the form of a thumb in Souq Waqif, highlighting the originality and modernity of the market, it was created by the French artist Cesar.
9- East-West/West-East:
The sculpture represents the environment of the desert cultural life in Qatar, and this work spans over an area of more than a kilometer in the Brooq Nature Reserve and was designed by international artist Richard Serra.
10. Miraculous Journey:
The sculpture reflects the human reproductive process. The sculpture located in Sidra Medicine is designed by the artist Damien Hirst.
