One of the most anticipated films of the year 'Jigra', featuring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, released its official trailer on Thursday, Sep. 26.

The trailer has already received over one million YouTube views within the first seven hours of its release, emphasizing fans' excitement to see Bhatt's return to screen.
Vasan Bala directed the film and co-wrote it with Debashish Irengbam. 'Jigra' is about Satya (played by Alia Bhatt) who plans out a prison break to get back her brother Ankur (played by Vedang Raina).
Despite the teaser being very emotional, playing with fans' heartstrings through Raina's cover of the song 'Phoolon Ka Taron Ka', the trailer of the film promises an action-packed movie filled with intense training sequences, one of which features Bhatt falling from a tall tree.
