Passport Renewal
UAE nationals can apply to renew their passport by chatting with the virtual assistant available on its website.
-
The user first mentions his name to the virtual assistant
- Select “passport renewal” service from the list of services the assistant will send
- Click on the service or write its number from the list of services that will appear
The virtual assistant will then ask the applicant for the Emirates ID number and his date of birth. The applicant then clicks on the link of the service, and then the virtual assistant will redirect him to the service provision screen, to review the information, and finally, he moves to the payment page.
The authority called on users to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data before paying the fees to avoid delays in completing the transaction, as the data entered will be strictly reviewed.
