Dubai Health Authority's (DHA) facilities announced that Dubai residents can now book appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine at the can now be booked through WhatsApp.

Following the usual process for vaccine booking, applicants will also have to submit their Medical Record Number (MRN).

Send ‘Hi’ to access the 24/7 free service on this number 800 342. The earliest appointment options in the selected vaccination centre will be provided by the AI-enabled system.
Users will then receive a confirmation message with the name of the centre, date and timing of their appointment.
The automated chatbot application was initially developed to raise awareness among the public and provide them with accurate information about COVID-19 as well as other DHA services.
It has already helped address more than 150,000 COVID-19 queries.
