Chelsea Manalo from Bulacan has been crowned Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) 2024 during the coronation night held at the Mall of Asia Arena on Wednesday, May 22. Manalo emerged victorious over 52 other contestants, succeeding last year’s winner, Michelle Dee.

Runners-Up Announced
The competition concluded with the announcement of the runners-up:
- 1st Runner-Up: Stacey Gabriel (Cainta)
- 2nd Runner-Up: Ma. Ahtisa Manalo (Quezon Province)
- 3rd Runner-Up: Tarah Valencia (Baguio)
- 4th Runner-Up: Christi Lynn McGarry (Taguig)
Additional Titles to Be Awarded
In addition to the Miss Universe Philippines title, the pageant organizers revealed that four more titles will be awarded in a separate ceremony. These titles include Miss Supranational Philippines, Miss Charm Philippines, Miss Eco International Philippines, and Miss Cosmo Philippines. Details regarding the separate crowning ceremony are yet to be disclosed.
