On September 15, 2024, Doha Metro and Lusail Tram announced a special promotion: new travel card holders can enjoy five free journeys. To take advantage of this offer, travelers need to register a new top-up Travel Card by December 15, 2024.
How to Get Your Free Journeys

To claim the free journeys, register your Travel Card through qr.com.qa or the Qatar Rail App (available on iOS and Android). The five complimentary trips will be credited to your card by the end of the promotion period.

Important Details
The offer is limited to one Travel Card per registered email and applies only to newly registered top-up cards. To use the free journeys, activate your card by tapping it at a Doha Metro gate or Lusail Tram within one month of registering. Once activated, the free journeys are valid for three months.
