In a tragic car crash in the Omani City of Salalah, four Qatari siblings died where they are laid to rest on Saturday, according to the local social media account Qatar Deaths.
The siblings were Saad, Ghanim, Iman, and Fatma, the children of Saleh Saad Al-Kathiri. The exact date of the incident and the ages of the victims are unidentified.

According to the ministry, Ghanim attended the Qatar Science and Technology Secondary School for Boys, while Fatma was enrolled at the Rawda Bint Jassim Secondary School for Girls.
“The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, on behalf of its leaders, employees, and students, ask God to bless the deceased with the abundance of His mercy, and to grant their families with patience and solace. We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return,” the statement added.
“The National Cultural Center for the Deaf expresses its deepest condolences and sympathy following the death of Ms. Iman Saleh Saad Muslim Al Kathiri, member of the National Center for the Deaf. We pray to God Almighty to bless the deceased with the abundance of His mercy and to grant her the highest Paradise,” the centre said in a Twitter statement.
The tragic incident triggered a wave of condolences and prayers on social media platforms from users in both Qatar and the neighboring country of Oman.
