The first article of the ministerial decision states that the hunting season will run for these dates for two years from the implementation of the decision.

The hunting season will run for the following species: Asian Bustard, Eurasian stone-curlew, wild duck, blue rock-thrush, song thrush, Eurasian Golden Oriole, crested lark, Isabelline Wheatear, Desert Wheatear, and Northern Wheatear.

Article two of the decision states that Asian Bustard birds must be hunted using falcons only. The decision also directs hunters not to use or exchange non-traditional tools or means.

Hunters must also avoid being exposed to birds' eggs and they must also avoid disturbing birds' nests.

Hunters have also been directed to avoid harming meadows and wild plants.

The hunting period is only going to run from sunrise to sunset, according to the second article of the ministerial decision.

Trade of the hunted birds listed in the decision is completely prohibited.

The third article of the decision also prohibits hunting and acquiring any of the local, endemic, and other migratory wild animals, birds, and reptiles in all parts of the country throughout the year for two years from the implementation of the decision.

Article four of this decision states that if any of the articles are violated, then the culprit will be punished with a penalty from Law No. 4 of 2002.
