The General Directorate of Drug Enforcement has apprehended an Asian man for drug trafficking in Qatar.

The culprit was trafficking hashish into the country for monetary benefits in collaboration with another individual from outside of the country.
The Asian man was arrested upon authorization from the Public Prosecution.
Upon searching the man's residence and vehicle, a total of 12 kilograms of hashish was found rolled and packed in rolls and packages of various sizes.
The culprit has been referred to the Public Prosecution to initiate the necessary legal procedures.
